The company "Textra-Vita" represents a large selection of fillers for ice cream, which meet all the requirements for this type of product. Fillers perfectly withstand freeze / thaw cycles without forming ice crystals, and there is also no sugaring process. They are produced without preservatives, only from natural juices, fruit and berry puree and freshly frozen berries and fruits; they have outstanding taste qualities and a stable color in the product. The content of solids in the filler is 63-65%, the active acidity of the pH is within 3.0-5.0. Fillers are used in the form of a rod, watering or interfere with the mass of ice cream as a basis for imparting the desired taste, color and flavor. Depending on the method of application and the needs of the customer, fillers can be of different consistency, density and viscosity.
