As in the whole world, the market of organic products in Ukraine is slowly but surely growing. "Fashion" for a healthy lifestyle, healthy food, which came from the US and Western Europe, has spread widely in Ukraine. The concept of "healthy eating" implies an emphasis on products beneficial to health, primarily organic products.
What products can be called "organic" and what is the use of them.
International legislation gives the following definition of organic products - "these are products obtained as a result of conducting certified organic production in accordance with the requirements of standards and rules of organic production." Such organic standards regulate the procedure for certification of organic enterprises producing organic products, as well as the order of their control.
