At the request of the client, we develop new types of fillers with specified functional characteristics and organoleptic parameters. Our fillers are used in ready-made confectionery, for decoration, as interlayers for cakes, rolls, pies. They can also be included as an additive to creams without subsequent heat treatment. Due to a specially selected recipe, we can produce fillers that are stable in the baking process (in both open and closed products) to high temperatures of 220-270 ° C for 15-20 minutes without disturbing the structure and taste. Fillers are very convenient to use, have a rich taste, are made of high quality ingredients, have excellent performance and can be used on automated lines.

Fruit and berry fillers

Fruit and berry fillers have a bright taste and aroma, characteristic of fresh fruits and berries. They can be homogeneous (based on fruit and berry puree) and heterogeneous (with a fruit content of 30 to 67% of whole berries or pieces of fruit ranging in size from 5 to 12 mm). Jellied fillers

Jelly fillers in the form of jelly cubes with the size 5x5 and 8x8 mm are represented by two groups: fruit and gastronomic. This product is unique in its properties. Jelly cubes mix well, spread evenly over the dough, are resistant to mechanical effects when working in kneading machines, mixers, jigging machines, while maintaining their integrity. In addition, they perfectly retain their shape and taste after baking products and look beautiful in the cut of the finished product. During storage, the filler does not lose its taste and aroma, which makes it an excellent alternative to fruits and candied fruits. Fruit jelly cubes can be used in a variety of confectionery, baking, cold and hot desserts.
