The company "Textra-Vita" presents a wide range of fillers for the confectionery and bakery industry. At the request of the client, we develop new types of fillers with specified functional characteristics and organoleptic parameters. Our fillers are used in ready-made confectionery, for decoration, as interlayers for cakes, rolls, pies. They can also be included as an additive to creams without subsequent heat treatment. Due to a specially selected recipe, we can produce fillers that are stable in the baking process (in both open and closed products) to high temperatures of 220-270 ° C for 15-20 minutes without disturbing the structure and taste. Fillers are very convenient to use, have a rich taste, are made of high quality ingredients, have excellent performance and can be used on automated lines.
