Fillers for dietary and functional products

Fillers based on natural materials, enriched with prebiotics, are intended for filling confectionery products after baking, they are used as a layer of pies, cakes, rolls, donut of "Berliner" type and as an additive to creams.

The composition of fillers includes only natural fruit and berry puree, natural dairy materials, sugar, prebiotics - resistant dietary fiber: natural food ingredient - inulin (obtained from chicory), native (not modified) starch without the index E.

Inulin is an organic substance from the group of polysaccharides, which is almost one hundred percent fructose. Due to its properties, the use of inulin makes it possible to obtain a product with reduced caloric content without deterioration in taste and texture. At the same time, inulin is a natural substitute for sugar, which allows making full or partial replacement of sugar in the product.

The presence of prebiotics - dietary fiber - in the product makes it useful for a person, since these fibers are not digested in the upper gastrointestinal tract, but are perfectly fermented by the intestinal microflora, stimulating the active growth of beneficial microorganisms and ensuring the normal functioning of the digestive system and the body as a whole.
