“Biscuit roll Ultra”

Concentrated mixture "Biscuit Roll Ultra" for the production of delicate, airy, biscuit semi-finished products for rolls, cakes, pies with a fine-pored structure.

Advantages: cost-effective dosage, fast (due to shorter beating time up to 8 minutes) and a simple method of obtaining a quality biscuit semi-finished product with uniform, fine porosity, good ductility.
