"Ultra Tex" Kz - 00100 mixture is used for quick and easy preparation of a transparent neutral taste gel. When adding fruit juice or fruit tea, the jelly-like mass acquires the appropriate color, flavor and aroma, if desired, food colors and flavors can be added to the gel.

Dosage: 190 - 250 g / 1 liter of liquid

Method of preparation: "Ultra Tex Kz - 00100" is added to a liquid (water or fruit juice) and stirring is brought to a boil.

  • The gel is ready for use, reusable, the ready-made jelly must be heated without boiling;
  • Ready jelly is stored in the refrigerator.

«Claro Gel Ultra»

«Claro Gel Ultra» is a mixture for a quick and convenient way of preparing a gel with a neutral taste. The finished gel is rapidly solidifying, transparent, resistant to acidic medium.

Dosage: 100 g of Claro Gel Ultra mixture / 300 g of sugar / 1000 g of water or fruit juice

Preparation: Blend Claro Gel Ultra with sugar and dissolve in boiling liquid.

  • the amount of sugar introduced during cooking can be changed to taste;
  • if foam forms during the preparation, it must be removed;
  • the finished gel can be frozen.
