A mixture for the production of malt rye bread. Passing the stage of brewing flour and malt, we get a pleasant sweet and sour taste with a touch of spices. Balanced combination of taste properties of several types of rye malt, potato flakes and spices allows obtaining finished products with high nutritional properties, rich taste and spicy aroma. The composition includes complemented components that allow adjusting the quality of flour.

Ingredients: Barley meal, fermented malt, wheat gluten, unfermented malt, potato flakes, spices (cumin, coriander), ascorbic acid (E-300), enzymes.

Dosage: 5 - 20% of the total weight of flour

«Belorussian Ultra»

Semi-finished product is created based on the classical compound malt Belarusian bread. Allows cooking a delicious flavored brew with a pleasant taste of malt and a mild aroma of potatoes. It allows simplifying and reducing the technological process of production of this bread type and receiving products with fine uniform porosity.

Ingredients: Potato flakes, wheat flour, unfermented malt, malt fermented, wheat gluten, dry yeast, guar gum (E412), enzymes.
