«Agra Ultra Light» / «Agram Ultra»

Dry ferments (acidulants) for the production of bakery products from wheat, rye and a mixture of rye and wheat flour. Allows bakery products getting high consumer properties.

«Rogen Ultra»

Rogen Ultra is a mixture based on malt flour for the production of bakery and confectionery products with a dark color of crumb, a pronounced malt flavor and aroma. Ready-made products have an attractive appearance, they keep their freshness for a long time. The mixture allows expanding the range of bakery and confectionery products.

Dosage: 0,5 – 4,0%
