Stabilizers for the production of ice cream

Stabilizers universal "Ultra Tex" ICE1 are developed by the company "Textra Vita" for the production of ice cream on a dairy products basis of different fat content. Our stabilizers promote the formation of a stable milk emulsion, improve the taste of the finished product, increase the melting time of ice cream, guarantee the production of ice cream of stable and high quality.

Universal stabilizer “Ultra-Tex” ICE1-0023 is designed for ice cream with fat content of 6-14% on a milk basis (full cream, milk and cream ice cream). This stabilizer allows obtaining an excellent and stable in time taste qualities of ice cream, fine whipped structure, prolongs the time of melting, increases the resistance of ice cream to temperature differences during storage (prevents the formation of ice crystals).


Dosage: 4.5-5 kg per ton of milk.

Recommendations for use: add to the milk mixture at a temperature of 70 ° C, pre-mixed with sugar.
