Stabilizers for the production of condensed milk

The stabilizers "Ultra Tex" MT1 for the production of condensed milk make it possible to dispense with the stage of boiling. A vacuum evaporator (VE) is excluded from the production line for the production of condensed milk. Condensed milk

The stabilizer "Ultra Tex" MT1-00051 is designed for the production of condensed milk (in the form of whole condensed milk with sugar) from dry raw materials without the stage of boiling. The use of this stabilizer significantly reduces energy and raw materials costs, and stabilizes the quality during storage. The finished product has the following characteristics: homogeneous and glossy texture of condensed milk, thick, moderately viscous, flowing consistency with continuous filament.


Dosage: from 0,5 to 1%

Boiled condensed milk (heat-resistant)

The stabilizer "Ultra Tex" MT1-00057 is designed for the production of heat-resistant boiled condensed milk from dry raw materials without the stage of boiling, the production line does not require the presence of VE. The use of this stabilizer can significantly reduce energy and raw materials costs, stabilize quality during storage, and introduce new developments. This stabilizer makes it possible to obtain a finished product with the following characteristics: smooth and glossy texture, soft and elastic, a smearing consistency similar to milk, sweetened condensed with sugar, pure milk taste.


Dosage: from 2 to 6%

Boiled condensed milk

The stabilizer "Ultra Tex" MT1-0059 is designed for the production of boiled condensed milk from dry raw materials without the stage of boiling, which significantly reduces energy and raw materials costs. Designed to create a dense cutting structure of boiled condensed milk.


Dosage: from 6 to 10%.
