Stabilizers have excellent dispersion characteristics, promote the formation of a stable emulsion, the process of preparing the finished product does not require heating, and the product itself is resistant to several cycles of freezing / thawing.

Cheese filling

Universal stabilizers "Ultra Tex" ST1-0010 and "Ultra Tex" ST1-0011 are as a set and are intended for the production of cheese filling in a cold way (without heating). It is recommended to use in technological processes where a high level of mechanical impact is possible. The stabilizers "Ultra Tex" ST1-0010 and "Ultra Tex" ST1-0011 possess excellent dispersion characteristics, are resistant to mechanical effects during production, are used to form a stable emulsion in emulsified products, the production of which does not require heating. The resulting product has excellent resistance to several cycles of freezing / thawing.


Dosage «Ultra Tex» ST1-0010: from 18 to 19%.

Dosage «Ultra Tex» ST1-0011: from 6 to 7%.
