Fillers for the dairy industry

In this section, fillers of the company "Textra-Vita" for the dairy industry, in particular for fermented milk products (yogurt, cottage cheese, curd and sour cream desserts) are presented. Each filler is developed individually from natural raw materials using exclusively natural ingredients, without the addition of preservatives, taking into account all the requirements of our customers: the content of solids, color and flavor, active acidity (pH within 4,0-5,2), and compatibility with the basis of the finished product. Pectin or the stabilization system "Ultra Tex" can be used as a structurant in fillers. Fillers can be inserted in the form of a rod or directly interfere with the product, providing the desired flavor, color and taste. Each lot is checked by microbiological indicators and meets the specified quality requirements. Fruit and berry

Fruit and berry – fillers based on fruits, sweetened with sugar with the addition of gelling agents. Can be homogeneous (in the form of puree) and heterogeneous (with whole berries and pieces of fruit 3-5 mm in size) of the necessary consistency. Assortment: Blueberry, Cherry, Strawberry, Rasberry, Black Currant, Peach, Apricot, Pineapple, Kiwi, Mango, Cranberry, Banana, Apple, Lemon and others, as well as various combinations of flavors: "Peach-apricot", "Apple-kiwi", "Peach-passion fruit", etc.

Jelly fruit cubes

Jelly fruit cubes 5х5 mm in size are prepared on the basis of natural fruit puree, perfectly suitable for mixing with cottage cheese and curd dessert, easily and evenly distributed by weight, taste and aroma of fresh fruits. Assortment: Strawberry, Raspberry, Cherry, Blueberry, Mango, Peach, Apricot and others.

Cream fillers

Cream fillers are used in the form of a rod. For example, "Condensed Milk", "Toffee" and others.

Chocolate fillers

Chocolate fillers are also used as a rod in curd desserts.

Fillers with cereals

Fillers with cereals include a mixture of a variety of cereals. This kind of fillers is rich in vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber, can be combined with fruits, nuts and candied fruits. They are used in the production of drinking yogurt to improve taste. For example, filler "Cereals-Honey", "Cereals-Flax".
