In this section, fillers of the company "Textra-Vita" for the dairy industry, in particular for fermented milk products (yogurt, cottage cheese, curd and sour cream desserts) are presented. Each filler is developed individually from natural raw materials using exclusively natural ingredients, without the addition of preservatives, taking into account all the requirements of our customers: the content of solids, color and flavor, active acidity (pH within 4,0-5,2), and compatibility with the basis of the finished product. Pectin or the stabilization system "Ultra Tex" can be used as a structurant in fillers. Fillers can be inserted in the form of a rod or directly interfere with the product, providing the desired flavor, color and taste. Each lot is checked by microbiological indicators and meets the specified quality requirements.
