Mixtures for preparation of a thermostable custard with a cold method with a delicate vanilla flavor and aroma. Creams are perfectly suited as an interlayer in cakes and pastries, fillings for puff products, brewed semi-finished products and biscuits, can be used as a base for oil cream.

Whisking to get a homogeneous smooth mass:

- mixture with liquid, min: 3 - 5 (at high speed)

Let stand for 5-10 minutes
