Mixture for the preparation of oatmeal bakery products of high nutritional value, enriched with dietary fiber with excellent milk taste and delicate vanilla aroma.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, oat flour, whole milk powder, oatmeal flakes, wheat gluten, dry yeast, emulsifier: glycerol, diacetyltwine and fatty acid esters (E 472e), vanillin flavor, ferment.

Dosage: 10 – 30%
